Rural Provider Outreach

You Shouldn’t Have to Carry Rural Practice Alone

overworked therapist imageIf you are an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other qualified behavioral health provider serving SoonerCare clients in a smaller Oklahoma community, there may be a more sustainable way to strengthen your practice while maintaining continuity of care.
Why It Matters
Rural Providers Are Often Asked to Do Everything
In smaller communities, clinicians frequently carry the weight of direct care, documentation, billing, compliance, scheduling, and practice management — all at the same time. This model is built to change that.
Administrative Overload
Managing billing, payer requirements, and documentation alone takes time away from patient care and long-term growth.
Fewer Local Resources
Rural communities often have fewer support systems, referral partners, and less infrastructure for independent practice.
Continuity-of-Care Pressure
When you are one of the few available providers in the area, any disruption to your practice directly affects the people who rely on you.
The Chrysalis Model
A More Sustainable Structure for the Work You Are Already Doing
Chrysalis Institute offers a structured pathway for qualified providers who want to maintain local presence while reducing the burden of operating entirely on their own.
All services are delivered within the Chrysalis Institute organizational and compliance framework, with providers engaged under appropriate contractual or employment arrangements consistent with state and federal requirements.

Limited-Time Offer
Onboarding Support for Qualified Providers
For qualified providers, onboarding support may include streamlined setup, timely activation within the onboarding process, and operational assistance during the practice alignment process. This support is intended to offset the operational burden of aligning an existing practice with a structured organizational model — not to pay for referrals or patient movement.
Any practice transition must be handled appropriately, with patient choice, ethical standards, and payer requirements respected throughout. Existing patients are not reassigned or transferred automatically. Any change in service delivery is based on patient choice, informed consent, and compliance with applicable payer and regulatory requirements.
All billing is conducted in accordance with applicable Medicaid and payer requirements, with services rendered, documented, and submitted under the appropriate organizational and provider structure.
